2、 Job responsibilities

1. 2. Participate in construction management, propose plans for construction materials, equipment, and labor, and provide reasonable suggestions for cost control.

3. Organize and verify visa documents, and send them to the construction unit for review and visa, in preparation for completion acceptance and final settlement.

3、 Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above in construction engineering related majors; Proficient in using cost software such as "Guanglianda" and "Seeking Truth" to independently prepare engineering pre settlement documents.

2. At least 3 years of experience in pre settlement work in construction enterprises, without any bad habits.

3. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant vocational certificates, regardless of gender, aged between 28 and 35 years old.
