2、 Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing construction technical plans, relevant technical documents, and processing orders for the construction site profession (templates, embedded parts, preventive structures, etc.);

2. Conduct technical disclosure, self review of drawings, and labeling of technical change documents;

3. Responsible for verifying technical solutions and documents;

4. Track the implementation of on-site construction technology to ensure construction quality and safety.

3、 Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above in construction engineering related majors; Proficient in using "CAD" software, operating level total stations, various construction instruments, preparing construction organization designs, and preparing engineering bidding technical bid documents.

2. At least 3 years of construction management experience in a construction enterprise, without any bad habits.

3. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant vocational certificates, regardless of gender, aged between 28 and 35 years old.
